Subsequently adopted at unanimity by the Constitutive Assembly of the Hideout, sitting in Extraordinary Session
WHEREAS, the Server known as Coldan’s Hideout was founded upon immutable principles, a shared identity, and an unwavering and limitless allegiance to the Coladan cause;
WHEREAS, the very name, spirit, and constitutional identity of said Hideout are inseparably linked to her Great Majesty Kotone, First of Her Name, and to the fandom which follows her standard;
WHEREAS, adherence to the Coladan identity has been, since time immemorial, a **necessary** and **explicit** condition for admission, participation, and governance within the Hideout;
WHEREAS, Oreo, acting in the capacity of Owner, President, and Supreme Custodian of the Server, has publicly and without reservation declared that Kotone is no longer his main bias within the Kpop group tripleS;
WHEREAS, the same Oreo has further proclaimed a transfer of primary allegiance to the member named “Kaede”, thereby effecting a manifest and deliberate rupture with the Coladan identity;
WHEREAS, such a declaration constitutes not a private preference, but a public abdication of ideological alignment with the foundational values of the Hideout;
WHEREAS, a President who is no longer a Coladan cannot, by reason or legitimacy, preside over an institution whose entry requirement, cultural cohesion, and symbolic unity are explicitly Coladan;
WHEREAS, this contradiction places the President in a state of constitutional incompatibility, moral conflict of interest, and symbolic illegitimacy;
WHEREAS, continued exercise of presidential authority under such conditions undermines the credibility of governance, the morale of the citizenry, and the sanctity of the Hideout’s founding covenant;
That the Constitutive Assembly formally recognizes the declaration of Kaede as main bias as an act incompatible with the office of President of Coldan’s Hideout;
That said act be hereby classified as a Grave Deviation from Foundational Allegiance along with Heresy Toward the Great Goddess, constituting sufficient grounds for immediate removal from office;
That Oreo be called upon, in the interest of institutional dignity and historical coherence, to tender his resignation forthwith;
Failing such voluntary resignation, that impeachment proceedings be immediately initiated, culminating in removal from office and the ceremonial revocation of presidential legitimacy;
This Motion is adopted in defense of tradition, coherence, and the eternal primacy of the Great Goddess Kamimoto Kotone within the Coladan polity. Let history record that the Hideout did not remain silent in the face of ideological apostasy.
